Musokoto Secondary School from Busia County will clash with Vihiga Cranes in the boys' final of the Safaricom Chapa Dimba Western Region tournament, scheduled for Sunday at Masinde Muliro Stadium in Kanduyi, Bungoma.

In the girls' category, Chakol Queens will face Lugari Progressive after securing a 3-1 semi-final win against Vihiga's Blue Commandos.

Boys' Semi-Finals Recap
