Martin Khafafa, Chief Executive Officer of Radio Africa Group (RAG), was the chief guest at the Nova Pioneer Tatu Boys Class of 2026 graduation ceremony. Addressing the 65 graduates, Khafafa emphasized the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in a world increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence.

He challenged the young graduates to cultivate lifelong learning, uphold discipline, and maintain integrity as they transition into the next phase of their lives. Khafafa highlighted that the toughest challenges they will face are internal, including overcoming laziness, distractions, and the temptation to take the easy route rather than the right one.

"The greatest battles you are willing to face are not against other people, but against yourself," he said, encouraging the graduates to build strong character, honor their commitments, and view failure as a stepping stone to success rather than a setback.

The event was also attended by key Nova Pioneer leaders, including East Africa Managing Director London Moore, founding director Chris Khaemba, Executive Principal Andrew Miraba, Head of Boys Austin Oketch, PTA chairperson Charles Nyamu, and Dean of Instruction and Learning Robert Lemayian.
