Defender Euphrasier Shilwatso expressed confidence in the team's readiness following their 4-0 loss to the tournament hosts. "We quickly returned to training to correct our mistakes and are prepared to give everything against Senegal," she said, highlighting the importance of the match for Kenya's semi-final ambitions.
Winger Shirleen Opisa shared this optimism, noting that the initial setback has only strengthened the squad's determination. "Playing Morocco, one of the world's top teams, taught us valuable lessons. We are focused and ready for tonight's game," Opisa stated.
