The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has included Kenyan national Dennis Nyagesuka in its expanded "Worst of the Worst" (WOW) deportation database. The update added 5,000 new names, increasing the total to over 40,000 individuals deemed serious criminal threats.
Nyagesuka was arrested in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is publicly listed on the WOW website with charges that include terroristic threats, assault, and concealing stolen property. His profile is now accessible alongside offenders from multiple countries.
Background of the WOW Database
The WOW platform, launched in December 2025, allows public access to records of criminal illegal aliens arrested across all 50 US states. It features individuals implicated in grave offenses such as homicide, rape, kidnapping, and armed robbery.
DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis emphasized the administration’s commitment to transparency and enforcement, stating that the newly added entries include murderers, pedophiles, drug traffickers, and gang members. The current administration has allocated approximately KSh 5.82 trillion (USD 45 billion) to bolster immigration enforcement by recruiting 12,000 additional personnel.
Kenyans on US Deportation Lists
