Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor, assisted by Bernard Midia, conducted the post-mortem at Kenyatta National Hospital Mortuary. The examination revealed that two bullets penetrated Mutiso's head, entering from the left and exiting on the right side, while the third caused chest injuries.
