Chioma Okpara, a recent Economics graduate from Babcock University, has proudly announced her first-class honours achievement, finishing with an impressive final GPA of 4.72. She secured the second highest cumulative GPA in her department, cementing her status as one of the top students.
Admitted in October 2022, Chioma completed her programme in under four years at the Ilisan Remo-based institution. She achieved 34 As and 39 Bs across 74 courses, without a single grade below a B. Her academic excellence also earned her dual credentials as a Licensed Economist and a TRCN Educationist.
Faith and Future Ambitions
Chioma attributed her success to divine intervention, expressing gratitude for the milestone. She shared her results on social media, stating, "God has been so good. Now reintroducing to you all, a first-class degree holder. Second highest CGPA in my department. Licensed Economist and TRCN Educationist. God is good."
She is currently preparing for her ICAN exams and aspires to become a chartered accountant, signalling her commitment to continued professional growth.
