In a quiet village, residents were alarmed when a woman, known to be a member of the local church choir, was discovered unclothed outside a neighbour’s compound in the early hours of the morning.
The incident occurred around 2 AM when a resident, Idris Ahmed, noticed the woman digging near the compound. Idris described how she had already unearthed some medicine and was on a phone call by a tree before returning to dig again.
Attempting to confront her with a stick, Idris said the woman tried to stab him with a knife, prompting him to hit her. At the time, she was partially covered with a cloth and tights underneath.
