- Eve Goga and three others: The EACC is pursuing recovery of Sh1.4 million in salaries allegedly paid unlawfully by the Homa Bay County government.
- Paul Kipsang Kosgei and four others: The former National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Director General faces charges relating to an alleged Sh28.4 million fraud.
- Charles Kizito Wanjala Masinde: A suit seeking recovery of Sh3.5 million is scheduled for hearing.
- Arnold Kimiya Mamadi and 11 others: They are linked to a tender fraud case at the Vihiga Blood Centre.
- Elias Tirop Tomno and Francis Gatua: Both are implicated in an alleged Sh2.6 million fraud at the Turkana County Treasury.
The EACC’s active prosecution calendar this week reflects its intensified drive to hold public officials accountable and recover misappropriated funds.
