- Human Resource Manager (Grade RG 3, Vacancy Ref: KRBR173) – a re-advertised role
- Communications and Public Affairs Manager (Grade RG 3, Vacancy Ref: KRBR174) – a newly advertised position
Application Requirements
Applicants must be Kenyan citizens and provide the following documents:
- A signed application letter
- A detailed CV outlining current and previous employers, salary expectations, and notice period
- Copies of academic and professional certificates
- National ID or passport copy
Kenya Railways emphasized that incomplete applications or those lacking required qualifications will not be considered. The corporation also warned against fraudsters posing as recruiters and reminded applicants that submitting fake documents is a criminal offense.
Clearance Certificates
Successful candidates will need to submit clearance certificates as stipulated under Chapter Six of the Constitution, including:
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)
- Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
- Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Current Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) report
