A Nairobi family is grieving deeply after losing two siblings within a month. Winnie, popularly known as Mama Myles in Marurui, died following a hit-and-run accident on the Northern Bypass in Nairobi.
Winnie was rushed to Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital and admitted to the intensive care unit but succumbed to her injuries the same night. Her death occurred exactly one month after the family buried her brother, James Kimani, who passed away on June 25.

In her post, Milly wrote: "Last month, on the 25th, we lost James Kimani. Yesterday, 25th July morning, tragedy struck again when his sister Winnie was involved in a hit-and-run accident. She was rushed to Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital and admitted to the ICU, but sadly, she passed away last night. I feel bad I don't know what to say guys. Oh, death... how much can one family bear? My heart aches deeply for their mother."
