Speaking at Emusire High School in Emuhaya, Vihiga County, during an annual meeting and fundraiser, Mudavadi emphasized that Kenya's Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to vote every five years, and expressed confidence that the upcoming elections will follow the country's established tradition of peaceful polls.
