Kenyan-American nurse and content creator Nurse Judy has opened up about her ongoing efforts to expand her family, revealing that she has faced difficulties conceiving her third child.
In a recent Instagram Story, Nurse Judy shared her long-held dream of having a large family, stating, "I really want a third baby. I always wanted four babies." She disclosed that she attempted to conceive last year and had hoped for twins.
Exploring Surrogacy Options
With natural conception proving challenging, Nurse Judy is now considering surrogacy as an alternative route to motherhood. She highlighted financial considerations, explaining that she is looking at Kenya as a potential location for the procedure due to the high costs associated with surrogacy in the United States.
"I'm considering surrogacy. But I guess I will explore this option in Kenya because I know if I try it in America it's going to be hella expensive," she wrote.
Surrogacy in the US can cost tens of thousands of dollars, making it inaccessible for many. Kenya offers a more affordable option, although the legal environment regarding surrogacy remains complex and requires careful navigation by prospective parents.
