Principal Secretary for Internal Security and National Administration, Raymond Omollo, has called on Kenyans to actively participate in advancing President William Ruto's development agenda beyond the year 2030.
Speaking at Ambassador Pamela Mboya Girls High School in Suba, Omollo praised the recent school-based National Identity Card registration program, which saw about 130 eligible students register. He emphasized that this initiative ensures learners graduate with essential identification documents, enabling them to access education and national opportunities seamlessly.
Omollo reaffirmed the government’s dedication to enhancing service delivery by bringing registration services closer to citizens. This includes establishing new administrative units and deploying chiefs and assistant chiefs to reinforce grassroots security coordination and improve access to government programs.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, Senator Moses Kajwang’, Members of the County Assembly, and other national and county officials.
