East African Development Bank (EADB) is moving to auction a second high-value property owned by former Jubilee Party Secretary-General Raphael Tuju to recover a Sh4.5 billion debt.
The property, known as Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary, is located in the upscale Karen suburb and sits on approximately 20 acres. The auction is scheduled for August 25, 2026, according to a public notice by Garam Investments Auctioneers.
This development follows the earlier sale of another of Tuju’s prime properties after he defaulted on the loan from the regional lender granted about ten years ago.
Notably, the High Court had temporarily halted the sale of the wellness sanctuary on May 21, 2026, on condition that Tuju deposits Sh50 million within 30 days.
