Traffic along the Mai Mahiu Escarpment Road was heavily disrupted on Tuesday following a collision involving two trucks and a private vehicle.
The Long Distance Drivers and Conductors Association reported that one of the trucks was completely obstructing the highway, causing significant congestion for motorists using this busy route.
According to the association's alert, the accident has led to a major traffic snarl-up, with drivers experiencing prolonged delays.
Reports from the scene also suggest that several individuals may be trapped inside the wreckage. However, authorities have yet to confirm the number of casualties or provide further details on the incident.
