Originally shared as dark comedy, the video includes Swahili captions and laughing emojis to highlight its humorous intent. However, Kagema’s words in the skit have taken on a haunting significance after his passing. In Kikuyu, he challenges the shopkeeper’s invitation, saying:
"Wait a minute, our daughter, you are now selling caskets and you call me your customer. So, do you want me to store my clothes there? You are talking about death, saying there are no customers because people are not dying, and yet you call me? You are the one who will die."
